Dylan Blohm

Biography

With 18 years of Quad Finishing experience, Dylan was well-prepared to manage our companywide Finishing operations when he was promoted to Vice President in January 2015. Overseeing all Finishing operations at the company’s nationwide network of printing plants, he has responsibility for productivity, quality, Lean, training and safety. Dylan came up through the Finishing ranks, starting his Quad career as a Finishing Technician in our Sussex plant in 1996. He soon joined the start-up crew for our hardcover book operations in New Berlin, Wis. He was promoted to Area Lead in West Allis Finishing in 1998. In 2004, he returned to Sussex Finishing as Technical Area Manager of the Perfect Binding area. He was promoted to Finishing Business Area Manager in 2006, and Sussex Finishing Department Manager in 2008. He became Director of Finishing for our magazine/catalog platform in 2010 and Sussex Plant Director in February 2014. Dylan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Leadership and Applied Business Development Program.
