Sherry Morian

Biography

 Sherry Morian is the President, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and majority shareholder of Quality Engineering Solutions (QES). Ms. Morian graduated with honors after earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has over 25 years’ experience in the management of engineering companies. She provides the overall management of QES including contract management and negotiation, fiscal responsibility, financial reporting, asset allocation, employee management, marketing, pricing, and Federal Acquisition Regulation compliance. In addition, she serves as the project manager for construction inspection contracts. Ms. Morian is a member the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) and President of the Franklin, PA chapter. She is a member of ACEC/PA’s Transportation Committee and is active on the Construction Services subcommittee. Ms. Morian is an active member of the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB) national committee on Disadvantaged Business Enterprises where she served as Chairwoman for six years.
