Ajit Abraham Isaac

Biography

 Mr. Ajit Abraham Isaac has been the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Quess Corp Limited since May 2013 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since April 2009. Mr. Isaac serves as a Platform Chief Executive Officer of Human Resource Services at India Equity Partners. He serves as Chairman and Managing Director of Quess Group at Hofincons Infotech and Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Isaac has over 20 years of work experience in the human resources industry. He was the founder of PeopleOne Consulting, which was sold to Adecco SA of Switzerland in 2004. He served as the Managing Director at Adecco Peopleone India Pvt. Ltd. from 2000 to 2007. He was employed at Peepul Capital LLC. Prior to his becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Isaac worked for about ten years in industries across sectors such as steel, oil, energy, financial services and telecom in various senior management positions. He serves as the Chairman at Indium Software (India) Ltd. He has been a Director of Quess Corp Limited since April 2009. He serves as a Director of nanobi data and analytics private limited. He served as a Director at Intelligroup Inc. from October 2004 to June 11, 2009. He is a Graduate from Loyola College, Chennai, a Gold Medallist in his postgraduate programme (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from the Madras School of Social Work and a British Chevening Scholar from the University of Leeds. He has been nominated for ‘India Forbes Leadership Awards 2011’ under the category of Outstanding Start Up and for CII ‘Regional Emerging Entrepreneur’ Award in March 2012. He holds a Master’s from the University of Madras. Mr. Isaac is an Economics graduate with a Masters from Leeds University, British Chevening Scholar. He completed Managers for Leadership Program from University of Leeds.
