Biography
Richard Staub serves as president of Novella Clinical, a Quintiles company, a specialty clinical research organization focused on the unique needs of small to mid-sized oncology companies and medical device and diagnostics companies. Additionally, Staub heads Global Functional Resourcing for Quintiles providing functional service provider and strategic resourcing solutions. Prior to joining Novella Clinical in 2004, Staub was senior vice president of global business development at one of the world’s largest clinical research organizations. Staub’s career in the pharmaceutical industry began at Zeneca Pharmaceuticals in 1989 where he had progressive responsibilities as a medical and hospital sales representative, cardiovascular portfolio analyst and marketing manager. Staub holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
