Biography
Michael Clay serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Radiant Research. The organization grew to one of the largest in the region during this time. Prior to his time in Singapore, he was based in Beijing and served as General Manager of China for the CRO. During his career, Mike has held various leadership roles within the industry working closely with Biopharma companies developing new and novel products. Most recently, Mike returned to the United States after spending 5 years abroad in Singapore as Vice President, Asia-Pacific, for a global CRO’s operations in 14 countries throughout Asia. Mike has led a portfolio of global clinical trials with trial centers across, Europe, North America, Asia and South America. He began his career in Clinical Development in 1996 at one of the largest Phase I clinics in the United States while completing his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Missouri State University. Mike lives in Arizona with his family and operates out of the Radiant headquarters in Tempe., Europe, North America, Asia and South America.
