Biography
For more than 15 years, Tom has served as the chief executive officer for Clinical Radiologists, S.C., in Quincy, Ill. He is also president of Professional Business Services of Central Illinois, Inc., a medical billing company. Tom has served his local community as an elected school board member for the past 10 years in addition being an active leader for several non-profit organizations. Tom served on the RBMA Common Body of Knowledge Task Force and the RBMA Finance Committee.
