Biography

Amanda Mott joined Radius in 2016 to lead the Market Access function, where she is responsible for payer relationships, price and contracting strategies. She oversees market access strategy, pricing and contracting, payer marketing, national and regional accounts, and field reimbursement. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Amanda was previously with Amgen Inc., where she implemented the company’s new customer team organization, servicing payer, integrated delivery network (IDN) and accountable care organization customers for Amgen’s 15-product portfolio, which included Prolia®, Repatha®, Enbrel®, Neupogen®, Neulasta® and six new product/indication launches in 2015. Before this, she built Amgen’s Cardiovascular NE sales team to launch Repatha and Corlanor®. Earlier in her career, Amanda led payer and pricing strategy teams, brand payer marketing, government affairs, contracting, legal and sales for AstraZeneca (AZ). Under her leadership, the AZ Payer team was twice ranked the No. 1 Managed Markets Account Executive Team in the Industry by Health Industries Research Companies (HIRC). Amanda was previously responsible for sales, IDN and payer strategy in high complexity markets, leading a team of more than 500 employees. During this time, she was a member of the senior sales leadership team responsible for more than $9 billion in annual sales and received AZ Global Commercial Leadership and President’s Model of Excellence Awards In 2014, Amanda received the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award. She also is a Fellow of the International Women’s Forum, which is dedicated to building better global leadership across careers, continents and cultures by connecting the world’s most pre-eminent women of significant and diverse achievements. Amanda earned a B.A. in European History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
