Biography
Stephanie Fitch joined Radius in 2016 and is responsible for multiple aspects of field operations, including sample programs, incentive compensation, and Sales and Market Access field training efforts. Stephanie brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology operations experience to Radius, with therapeutic experience across oncology, inflammation and ophthalmology. Stephanie came to Radius from Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where she built the Operations function in support of Eylea® and later Praluent® launches. She also led support activities across Sales, Marketing, Reimbursement and Medical Affairs. Earlier in her career, she worked at Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company, supporting the launch of Velcade®, as well as at Abbott Laboratories and SmithKline Beecham. For more than two years, Stephanie has served as chair of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Metro Chapter Mentor Program. Stephanie earned a B.S. in Physiology from the University of St. Andrews and an M.I.S. from Ealing College in London.
