Eddie Arslanian

Biography

 Eddie Arslanian has over 15 years of professional experience providing technical and management expertise in environmental consulting and engineering in order to aid clients in understanding their environmental liabilities and evaluating their risks. His clients include law firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate developers, investment trusts and commercial and industrial businesses. Eddie has designed, implemented and managed various phases of site characterizations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, indoor air testing, health risk assessments and fate and transport studies at contaminated sites under the oversight of various federal, state and local environmental regulatory agencies. He has managed and performed environmental due diligence for aerospace, biotech, chemical, manufacturing and healthcare facilities, nurseries, and multi-tenant and light industrial business parks, as part of corporate mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate transactions, throughout the US and abroad. Eddie is a California-registered professional engineer in civil engineering, with an MS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California-Los Angeles, a BS in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California-Irvine and an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
