Biography
Dan joined Ready Pac Foods in 2015, and is responsible for all aspect of financial and strategic planning, financial reporting, accounting, transaction support services and P&L performance management. Prior to joining Ready Pac Foods, Dan was the CFO for Popchips, Inc., where helped drive a significant improvement in operating margins. Prior to Popchips, Dan served for 6 years as the CFO, and then the Business Unit General Manager for the San Diego Division of Tyson Foods. Dan started his career in Public Accounting in 1980, working for Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse, and joined PepsiCo in 1989, where he spent 14 years working in both the Frito Lay and Pepsi Divisions. In 1998, Dan became the CFO and VP Strategy for Pepsi Bottling Group Canada, where he helped lead a significant turnaround in profitability for this $1.4B division of PepsiCo. Dan has his Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business, and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
