Tim Clark

Biography

Tim joined Ready Pac Foods in 2014, and comes with more than 25 years of Human Resource leadership experience across a variety of industries. He is a true business partner for the organization, responsible for leading the transformation of the existing Human Resources activities into a comprehensive, high-performing business function capable of making significant contributions to the company’s ambitious financial performance and growth objectives. This includes all matters involved in attracting, developing and retaining Ready Pac Associates (employees). Prior to joining Ready Pac Foods, Tim was the Head of Human Resources for Red Digital Cinema Camera Company, where he created the Human Resources function within a new, dynamic technology organization. He developed and implemented plans and processes for all Human Resources activities, including talent acquisition, compensation planning and benefits design. He spent several years in the financial services industry in leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Human Resources for New Century Financial Corporation and then ResMAE Mortgage Corporation, and as Vice President, Human Resources for Fremont Investment and Loan. In these roles, Tim was able to focus on increasing value in the function through upgrading the Human Resources team, implementing HR systems and tools as well as deigning talent management processes across the businesses. Prior to the financial services industry, Tim spent more than 10 years at The Pepsi Bottling Group in roles of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources organization, ultimately serving as Human Resources Director for 5 years supporting the Southern California Business Unit. Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from Purdue University.
