Biography
Mike joined Reata as Chief Legal Officer and Vice President in April 2015. Prior to joining Reata, Mike was an attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP, serving in various capacities, including Chief Operating Partner of the firm and Managing Partner of the Dallas office, and at Johnson & Wortley, P.C., serving as Chairman of the Board and President. He currently serves on the board of directors of Pioneer Natural Resources Company.
