Biography
Mr. Mark J. Gliebe has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Regal Beloit Corporation since May 2, 2011. Mr. Gliebe served as the President of Regal Beloit Corporation since December 19, 2006 until May 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Regal-Beloit Corp., from December 19, 2006 to May 2, 2011. He served as Vice President and President of Electric Motors Group of Regal-Beloit Corp., from January 2005 to December 2005. Mr. Gliebe served as General Manager of GE Motors & Controls in the GE Consumer & Industrial business unit from June 2000 to December 2004 and General Manager of GE Industrial Motors from January 1999 to June 2000. He has been the Chairman of Regal Beloit Corporation since January 2012 and its Director since January 30, 2007. He serves as a Trustee at Beloit Health System, Inc. He served as a Director of Joy Global Inc. since May 13, 2014 until April 5, 2017. He was active in United Way of Allen County and the Make-A-Wish organizations during his six years in Fort Wayne. Mr. Gliebe received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from Cleveland State University. He has completed the advance management program at Harvard Business School.
