John Moffett

Biography

 John Moffett, Ph.D., joined Regenesis Biomedical in 2003. Dr. Moffett’s research experience includes study at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and The Salk Institute for Biological Studies. His main research focus has been in understanding how biological events and processes are regulated, especially at the molecular and cellular levels. Dr. Moffett’s background is multifaceted and includes hands-on experimental work on a range of biomedical topics, including nutrient metabolism, somatic cell genetics, gene regulation, and protein modulation. His recent studies with Regenesis Biomedical have focused on the understanding of the effects of electromagnetic fields on biological systems. Dr. Moffett attained his B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
