Biography
Dr. Jeffrey Kline is an emergency medicine doctor in Indianapolis, Indiana and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Carolinas Medical Center and Indiana University Health University Hospital. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.He is the immediate Past President of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM). He served as Interim Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at CMC. He is is currently the Director of Medical Research for the Division of Medical Education of the Carolinas Healthcare System.
Research Interest
His research interest includes cardiac contractility and energy metabolism in shock states
