Biography
Jennifer leads projects across the company – from product development, to marketing and strategic partnerships, to operations – to focus and grow Remedy’s impact. Jennifer’s background is as an entrepreneur and a start-up lawyer. She co-founded ed-tech start-up, Sixty Vocab – named a 2014 Start-Up to Watch by Forbes. A former start-up/venture capital lawyer at Gunderson Dettmer LLP and Fenwick & West LLP, she represented 100+ tech companies and venture capitalists in the US, Latin America & the Middle East on financing, licensing, M&A and general corporate matters. She started her career leading strategic partnerships at Trilogy. She is a frequent commentator on entrepreneurship and small business on TV and in print. Dedicated to the success of female entrepreneurs, she serves on the advisory board of Astia in NYC and the Network of Women. She holds a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law, MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and an AB with honors from Stanford University.
