Biography
Since joining RSG in 2006, Jeff has specialized in modeling and analytics. He is an expert choice modeler and his depth of experience in developing and applying these choice models extends across a variety of industries. He has led project teams in high speed rail, airport access, commuter parking locations, route choice, and consumer goods purchasing. Jeff’s expertise in survey sample design, the development of experimental designs, and advanced statistical analyses is applied to and adds value to many technical and analytic aspects of RSG’s projects. He is an active researcher who often presents at technical and industry conferences including the International Choice Modelling Conference, the Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting, and the American Marketing Association’s Advanced Research Techniques (ART) Forum. Jeff enjoys fly-fishing in Vermont’s rivers and streams and volunteering as a judge in the Vermont State Math and Science Fair. He lives in White River Junction, Vermont with his wife and two daughters.
