Biography

 Mr. Christopher H. Peterson, also known as Chris, has been Chief Financial Officer of Revlon, Inc. since June 6, 2017. Mr. Peterson served as Chief Operating Officer of Revlon Consumer Products Corp. since April 2017. He has been Chief Operating Officer for Operations at Revlon, Inc. since April 17, 2017. He is responsible for overseeing the Revlon's Global Supply Chain, Finance and IT functions. He served as the President of Global Brands at Ralph Lauren Corporation from April 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. Mr. Peterson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ralph Lauren Corporation from September 24, 2012 to April 1, 2015 and its Executive Vice President from November 2013 to April 1, 2015. Mr. Peterson served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Ralph Lauren Corporation from November 1, 2013 to April 1, 2015 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sun Apparel, LLC. He served as Senior Vice President of Ralph Lauren Corporation from September 24, 2012 to November 2013. Mr. Peterson has 25 years of broad-based financial and operational experience, primarily in the global consumer products industry. Over the last 20 years, he has held several successively senior corporate and operational roles throughout The Procter & Gamble Company as Chief Financial Officer of its Global Household Care division. Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Mr. Peterson served as Vice President at The Procter & Gamble Company. He was responsible for the strategic planning and financial management of a group of businesses with combined annual revenues of approximately $45 billion. Mr. Peterson started his career in Smith Barney's investment banking division. He serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization, Inner City Scholarship Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in 1988.
