Biography

 Mr. Fabian T. Garcia has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Revlon, Inc. since April 15, 2016. Mr. Garcia served as the Chief Operating Officer of Global Innovation and Growth - Europe/South Pacific & Hill’s Pet Nutrition at Colgate-Palmolive Co. from 2010 to April 1, 2016. He served as the President of Colgate-Latin America & Global Sustainability and Executive Vice President of Colgate-Palmolive (U.K.) Ltd. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Europe Global Marketing Customer Development Supply Chain and Technology at Colgate-Palmolive Co. since 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President and President at Latin America & Global Sustainability of Colgate-Palmolive Co. since August 20, 2007 and served as its President of Greater Asia Until August 20, 2007. He served as the President of Greater Asia at Colgate-Palmolive Co., until August 20, 2007. He served as the President of Asia-Pacific Division at Colgate Palmolive Co. since August 21, 2003 and was responsible for Colgate Palmolive Co.'s growing business operations throughout Asia, including China, India and Australia. He has a wealth of international consumer products experience. Since April 2002, he served as Senior Vice President of International of Timberland LLC since April 2002. From August 1996 to December 2001, he served as President of Chanel Asia Pacific, managing the most important sources of income for the high-end French brand. From January 1994 to May 1996, Mr. Garcia served as Vice President and General Manager of Max Factor-Japan. From 1989 to 1994, he served as Managing Director for Procter & Gamble in Venezuela. He has managed the total Chanel business in Asia Pacific, including high end fashion, fine jewelry and watches, fragrances and cosmetics. He served as the Chairman of Colgate-palmolive (India) Ltd. from January 1, 2004 to January 31, 2008. His record of success also includes diverse consumer products experience at Procter & Gamble Company in Asia and Latin America. He has been an Independent Director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since September 1, 2011. He has been a Director of Revlon, Inc. since April 15, 2016. He served as a Director of GuildMaster, Inc. since June 29, 2001. He served as a Director of Colgate-palmolive (India) Ltd. from January 1, 2004 to January 31, 2008. He served as a Director of Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Ltd. until October 24, 2007. Mr. Garcia completed his Chemical Engineering studies in Venezuela.
