Mr. Buhler holds extensive medical imaging and business leadership expertise stemming from a 31-year career with Natus Medical Inc., SenoRx Inc., Ultrasonix, GE Healthcare and Diasonics-VingMed Ultrasound. Mr. Buhler has a proven track record of building and leading successful business teams that consistently achieve strong financial performance, operational efficiency and customer loyalty. Mr. Buhler most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Natus Medical Incorporated, a publicly traded medical device manufacturer focused on Neurology and Newborn Care. Mr. Buhler helped Natus grow its revenue and infrastructure from $219M to $362M in his 2.5 years with the company. Prior to Natus, Mr. Buhler was President & CEO of SenoRx, Inc. a publicly traded medical device manufacturer focused on the Breast Care market. Mr. Buhler completed the sale of SenoRx, Inc. in July 2010 to C.R. Bard at a 41% premium over the stock price during the 90 days prior to the proposed transaction. From August 2005 to May 2008, Mr. Buhler served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ultrasonix Medical Corporation, a privately held manufacturer of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging equipment. Mr. Buhler led the growth of this early stage start-up company to $30M in annual worldwide sales in 26 months. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Buhler held various graduating positions at General Electric's Healthcare division, a global GE division focused on high-growth ultrasound markets and other compact technologies, last serving as Vice President and General Manager of GE's Clinical Performance Technologies Division based in Shanghai, China. Prior to 1998, Mr. Buhler held various positions with Diasonics Inc., a global medical imaging device manufacturer, last serving as Vice President of Operations. Mr. Buhler earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resources at Dominican College, Blauvelt, New York, and completed the General Electric Executive Management Development Program. Mr. Buhler also holds a Electronics Technology degree from SUNY Orange.
