Geoff Dillard

Biography

 Geoff has been with RH2 for more than 27 years, and has managed our Tacoma office since its inception in 2005. As a municipal consulting engineer, he has gained expertise in a wide range of service areas including water, stormwater, and sewer design, as well as providing funding procurement assistance, strategic planning, permitting, and infrastructure management. His extensive design background, field experience, project management skills, and understanding of public processes allows him to repeatedly deliver realistic and successful projects to our clients. Geoff’s ability to look beyond preconceived limitations allows him to approach challenges from various, sometimes untraditional angles, resulting in some truly innovative solutions that maintain project goals, schedules, and budgets. He excels at managing complex, multi-disciplined projects, and bringing together engineers of various specializations with municipal employees and other stakeholders to form cohesive teams. He understands that consistent and timely communication is essential to a project’s success, and fosters an open dialogue throughout each phase of the project.
