Biography
Ann M. Gillenwate is a Professor in the Department of Bio Engineering at Rice University. Her Research interest includes Detection and treatment of early oral cancer and precancer, Merkel Cell Carcinoma, Developing optical imaging for oral cancer detection. She is a PhD graduate. She has a membership in Optical Society of America, Washington, DC, The International Academy of Oral Oncology, American Thyroid Association, Society for Molecular Imaging, American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and many more.
