Biography
Reinhard Heckel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. He spent a year in the Cognitive Computing & Computational Sciences Department at IBM Research, Zurich.
