Dr. Pete Richards

Biography

  Dr. George “Pete” Richards received his undergraduate degree from L R college(now University) in Hickory, NC and his dental degree from Emory University. Having spent his childhood years in Miami, he returned there to begin practicing dentistry in Miami Shores. While in Florida he was active and past president of the Miami Shores Rotary Club, various dental study groups and state organizations, served as president of the The Miami Dental Society, The Dade County Dental Research Clinic, and was an examiner for the Florida State Board of Examiners.   In 1994, Dr. Richards relocated to Hendersonville with his wife and two sons. Locally, he has been an active Rotarian in the Hendersonville Downtown Club and since 2002 he has served as the volunteer Dental Director of The Free Clinics of Henderson County.
