Russell W. Talbot

Biography

 Russell W. Talbot, PE, is a founding partner and principal engineer of Rim Rock Engineering. Russ has been engineering and designing locally in the Las Vegas Valley for the past seven years. His engineering experience includes residential tract and custom homes, towers, masonry/concrete site-walls and civil structures. Russ’s attention to detail and “client first” mentality has translated to significant cost savings for developers and contractors alike. Russ holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University where he was the recipient of numerous academic/leadership scholarships. He is professionally licensed as a Civil Engineer in California and Nevada, and is an active member of the Nevada Society of Professional Engineers.
