Biography
Jim Searson joined RJ Health Systems as a consultant in early 2015, and then as the CFO later that year, where he is responsible for all aspects of financial management. With his 40 years of financial executive leadership, Jim brings a wealth of management experience to the Company. Prior to joining RJ Health Systems, Jim spent nearly three decades with Ernst & Young, an international professional services organization, where he was responsible for coordinating audit and consulting services to a number of Fortune 500 clients, both in the U.S and Europe. After that, Jim was a member of the Board of Directors, CFO and COO of a regional pharmacy and drug distribution company where he was instrumental in the successful sale of the company. More recently, Jim was the owner and Co-CEO of a LTC Pharmacy where he rapidly grew sales ten-fold before selling to a larger regional operator.
