Susan Mcreavy

Biography

 Sue’s attention to detail, passion for creating the previously unknown, and fascination with solving the puzzle that is design and construction led her to her career in Civil Engineering. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, and holds licensure as a Profession Engineer in the states of Nevada and California. She is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers and is the former Capital Branch president. Sue is responsible for wastewater design and analysis, commercial design, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP’s), construction inspection, and is a certified Qualified SWPP Developer in the state of California. She also has particular expertise in permitting and contract administration. Susan’s design experience also includes septic systems, steep slopes, Ski Area Infrastructure, and cold weather climates.
