Biography
Chris recently retired from the Bureau of Land Management Nevada State Office where he headed the Abandoned Mine and Hazmat programs and was heavily involved with active mine reclamation, wildlife issues and photography. He enjoys the diversity of projects at Robison and the chance to work on environmental analysis and permitting from “the other side”. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Nevada, Reno, in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation Biology. Interests include Shiba Inus [Japanese dogs], slow dirtbikes, riparian management and restoration, SCUBA, and volunteering in environmental education. He and his dogs and horses live off-grid “way up a dirt road” in Sierra County, California. Recently, Chris received his FAA Commercial UAS/Drone Pilot license.
