Dr Gottlieb A. Keller

Biography

 Dr. Gottlieb A. Keller has been a Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Roche Holding AG since 2004 and 2008 respectively. Dr. Keller served as the Head of Corporate services and Human Resources and Compliance Officer of Roche Holding AG. He served as President of the Board at Crocodil AG. Dr. Keller admitted as an Attorney in the year 1981 and practicing Notary public Basel in 1984. He worked at the Corporate Law Department of the Roche Group since 1984 and served as its Head of Business Development and Pharma Marketing Services Roche Grenzach, Germany since 1989, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd. since 1992. Dr. Keller served as Head of Human Resources at Roche Grenzach and Chairman of the Executive Board at Roche Deutschland Holding GmbH since 1996. Dr. Keller served as a Secretary to the Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd., and Corporate Compliance Officer of the Roche Group since 1999, Head of Corporate Human Resources and Pharma Site Management Basel and Kaiseraugst. He has been a Director of Roche Kapitalmarkt AG since October 01, 2008. He has been a Director of InterMune, Inc. since September 29, 2014. He serves as a Director of Roche Products Pty Limited. Dr. Keller served as a Non Executive Director of Basilea Pharmaceutica AG from 2003 to March 19, 2008. He serves as a Board Member of the International School of the Basel Region AG, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Fritz Gerber Foundation for talented young people, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Paul Sacher Foundation. He has been Member of the Corporate Executive Committee at the Roche Group since July 1, 2003. He was a Committee Member at VSUD and Chamber of Commerce Germany-Switzerland. Dr. Keller studied Law and Economics and holds a Doctor of Law (Dr. iur) from the University of Basel in 1980.
