Biography
Caitlin joined Royal Health Group in 2016 to lead communication and engagement initiatives with employees and stakeholders across all of our facilities. Having worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years, Caitlin has committed her career to working with organizations who are in the business of helping people – which ultimately led her to Royal Health Group. Caitlin started her career in patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before jumping into the world of fundraising and communications at the Jimmy Fund. Caitlin has spent the last 10 years working in youth development, leading multi-million-dollar communication and fundraising strategies while defining and building organizational cultures that empower employees AND positively impact the bottom line. In her role, Caitlin develops and implements all internal communications plans, regional employee engagement and recognition programs and acquisition communication strategies. Caitlin is a former professional singer, current fiction writer and founding member of the l’Atelier Writers Retreat in Villeferry France. In her free-time she likes to cook with her husband and daughters while singing the Frozen soundtrack on repeat – under duress.
