Biography
Josh started his career in long-term care in the Megansett maintenance department at the age of 12. He spent his afternoons weeding gardens, mowing lawns and helping out in the kitchens. In addition to the strong work ethic instilled in him by his parents, Josh also learned the importance of giving back to his community, volunteering in food pantries and Head Start programs. This commitment is something he still makes a priority today, serving as a Big Brother for Big Brother of Massachusetts Bay. After working as an Administrator in Training at Megansett and Braintree, Josh spent two years working with Dell/EMC in Texas. He returned to Royal in 2015 to spearhead key infrastructure and analytics improvements required to support Royal’s expansion across Massachusetts and into Rhode Island. A huge music fan and lover of being outdoors, Josh spends his down-time in the mountains or at the beach, and is a die-hard fan of the Connecticut Huskies.
