Biography
Deborah L. Steiner, also known as Deb, has been Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company since October 1, 2016 and serves as its General Counsel. Ms. Steiner served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company since April 2012 until October 1, 2016. Ms. Steiner served as Counsel at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP since August 2005 until joining RR Donnelley. Ms. Steiner served as the First Deputy Inspector General and Chief Operating Officer in the Inspector General’s Office for the Illinois Governor from 2003 to 2005 and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois from 1999 to 2003.
