Biography
Mr. Russell has over 28 years of experience on a wide variety of civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering projects. His expertise includes deep and shallow foundations, retaining walls, earth and masonry dams, temporary sheeting and shoring, marine/waterfront improvements, ground improvement, and conducting geotechnical investigations and preparing geotechnical data/design study reports for heavy civil, industrial, and major transportation related projects.
