Biography
Paul A. Montague was named vice president, human resources in June 2017. Montague has 25 years of diverse global HR and leadership experience with a focus on building organizational capability and team performance. His unique expertise includes extensive hands-on, practical experience leading and driving organizational change through people and processes. Over the course of his career, Montague has supported every organizational function, region and business across multiple companies and industries. Prior to joining RTI, Montague worked for Kellogg's, where he was vice president of global functions. Prior to Kellogg’s, Montague was at Johnson Controls where he served as vice president, human resources for Europe & Asia before becoming vice president, human resources for the Americas. Earlier in his career, Montague was the HR partner leading the creation of Baxter Healthcare’s Global Device Center of Excellence and GE Healthcare, as the HR leader for the Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and PET businesses. Montague earned a Master of Science in industrial relations from Iowa State and a Bachelor of Arts in international management and French from Central College. He has studied, lived and worked around the world.
