Karl Hecker

Biography

 Karl joined Rubicon Genomics in October of 2014 bringing over 25 years of scientific experience in chemistry and molecular biology and more than 15 years of product development experience. He held positions of increasing importance in several companies including HTG Diagnostics, Quidel Corporation, PerkinElmer and Invitrogen. He earned a Ph.D. from Florida State University and completed postdoctoral research at Florida State University and Harvard Medical School. When not working, Karl enjoys spending time with family and friends and sharing the products of his amateur cooking and baking skills.
