Biography

 Mr. Samuel E. Beall, III, also known as Sandy, serves as the Strategic Partner at Arlington Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Beall joined the Arlington Capital Advisors in 2013. He also serves as a Principal at Beall Investments LLC. He co-founded Ruby Tuesday Inc. in 1972 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from May 1995 to November 30, 2012 and President from July 2004 to June 2012. He previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Tuesday Inc. from June 1992 to May 1995. Mr. Beall served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. from 1972 to April 1982. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Ruby Tuesday Inc. from September 1986 to June 1992 and its Executive Chairman from May 1995 to June 2012, Executive Director from 1982 to June 2012 and held various executive positions from April 1982 to September 1986. Mr. Beall oversaw Ruby Tuesday’s acquisition and divestiture of other restaurant concepts including Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, American Café and Tia’s Tex-Mex. Mr. Beall served as Chief Executive Officer of Morrison from June 6, 1992 to May 4,1995 and served as its President from September 1986 to May 4,1995. He also served as an Executive Vice President at Morrison in 1985 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from September 1986 to June 1992. Mr. Beall has been an Independent Director at Windstream Holdings, Inc. since November 7, 2006. He serves as a Director of Pilot Corporation, Pilot Travel Centers LLC, Windstream Services, LLC, Custom Foods, Southeast Service Corporation and Blackberry Hotel Co. In 1994, Multi-Unit Food Service Operators honored him as the Operator of the Year and presented him with the Golden Chain Award. Mr. Beall was also named as the Executive of the Year by Restaurants and Institutions Magazine.In his career, he has helped create and fund numerous investments in the restaurant space. Mr. Beall was attended the University of Tennessee in 1971.
