Biography
Javier Anitua conducts senior executive and board of director searches for both world-leading corporations and Spanish companies with a particular focus on the industrial, real estate and construction sectors. Previous Experience Javier has more than 28 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, he was Manager of the Madrid office of Baker & McKenzie, a global law firm. Previously, he served as a Senior Consultant in Arthur Andersen's M.I.S. Division. Before that, Javier was a Project Planner for the Austin Company and a Project Planner for Nex Ingenieros S.A. Education Javier received his degree in civil engineering from Madrid University and his M.B.A. from the University of Deusto. In addition, he completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
