Peter Gramkov

Biography

  Peter Gramkov is the firm's Country Manager in Denmark and serves on the Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Technology Sector and the Hardware & Electronics, Mobile & Convergence, and Software Practices. Peter focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments. He brings extensive experience in executive assessment work and broader international searches within sales, marketing, research and development and supply chain. In addition, he is an expert at conducting searches within different ownership structures, from family and trust owned to publicly quoted, private equity and venture-capital-backed companies. He is based in Copenhagen. Recent Client Experience Peter Gramkov has plac​ed well over 250 executives across the Scandinavian region and internationally. His recent assignments include a chairman and CEO search for a well-known IT company with Scandinavian roots acquired by a leading London-based private equity firm. In addition, he helped a company traded on Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen with a global NED search, and more recently, he advised a private philanthropic organization on an executive recruitment.​ Previous Experience Peter has 16 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000, he worked on the major account sales team in Denmark for Hewlett-Packard (Compaq). â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹ Education Peter received an M.Sc. in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant in the Scandinavian languages.​
