Biography
With a background in media and technology, Rhys co-leads Russell Reynolds Associates' Digital Transformation Practice and Consumer Digital and Media Practice. He is also a member of the CEO/Board Services practice and leads the Consumer sector in Europe. Rhys advises FTSE organisations on talent and innovation, with a particular emphasis on recruiting and assessing high-impact digital leaders. He also works closely with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms to recruit senior leaders for their portfolio companies. Previous Experience Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Rhys began his career at OC&C Strategy Consultants and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where he specialised in the then nascent area of digital media. He then moved to ITV where he worked in a variety of roles across strategy, programming, marketing and digital services. He then worked for Inflexion Private Equity as executive across portfolio investments in media and technology. Additional Professional Activities Rhys is Chair of the Prince's Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group. Education Rhys received his B.A. in politics, philosophy and economics from Keble College, Oxford University.
