Stephen C. Morse

Biography

  Steve Morse leads the firm's Global Energy Practice and co-leads the Industrial and Natural Resources Sector. He is also a member of the firm's CEO and Board Services Practice. Steve specializes in providing senior leadership advisory expertise across the energy sector. He has extensive experience with CEO and executive team succession planning and organizational culture analysis. Steve's primary focus is helping energy companies and private equity firms find new leaders, including CEOs, presidents and COOs. Steve is based in Houston. Previous Experience Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2004, Steve was a managing director at the Corporate Executive Board, a best practices consulting firm, for four years. While there, he advised Fortune 500 companies in the energy and technology industries. Before that, Steve was with Enron Corporation and Koch Industries, where he gained extensive experience in corporate development, strategy and general management. Additional Professional Activities Steve is a member of the Board of Directors of the Alley Theatre. Education Steve received his B.A. in political science from Emory University and his M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
