Joseph Howard Osnoss

Biography

Mr. Joseph Howard Osnoss, also known as Joe, serves as the Managing Director of Silver Lake and Silver Lake Partners IV, L.P. Mr. Osnoss joined Silver Lake in 2002. From 2010 to 2014, he helped to oversee its activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He served as a Principal of Silver Lake and Silver Lake Partners IV, L.P. since 2004. He is a Visiting Professor of Finance at the London School of Economics, He worked in Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries. He previously held positions at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and at Bracebridge Capital. He serves as a Director of Cast & Crew Entertainment, Sabre Holdings and Global Blue. He has been a Director of Sabre Corporation since March 2007. He has been a Director of Cegid Group SA since March 2, 2017. He serves as Director Global Blue Investment GP S.à r.l., Global Blue Management & Co SCA, Global Blue Finance S.à r.l and Greenwich Academy, Inc. He has been a Director of Igloo Holdings Corporation. He previously served on the boards of Mercury Payment Systems, Inc. Mercury Payment Systems, LLC. until l June 13, 2014. He served as Director of Virtu Financial, Inc. since July 2011 until April 08, 2016. He served as a Director of Instinet Incorporated. Mr. Osnoss served as a Director of Interactive Data Holdings Corporation since August 4, 2010 until December 14, 2015. He is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics, where he participates in teaching and research activities within the Department of Finance. He has extensive experience investing in private equity and serving on the boards of other companies, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Osnoss graduated, summa cum laude, from Harvard College with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics and a citation in French language.
