Heather Ketcham

Biography

Ms. Heather Ketcham serves as a Vice President of Corporate Operations of Sage Science, Inc. Ms. Ketcham is an operations specialist with extensive expertise with ERP implementation and business infrastructure. Most recently, she served as Strategic Initiatives Manager at Bio-Rad Laboratories which included implementing and customizing a sales administration for a team of 100. Prior to that, she was a Key Manager at MJ Research Inc, first as the Customer Service Manager, and later as the Sales Operation Manager. Ms. Ketcham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
