Biography
I am an Associate Professor of International Business at the Donald Tapia School of Business at Saint Leo University. I also serve as Executive Director of International Programs in Saint Leo’s Office of International Affairs. I earned my PhD (D.Phil) in Politics at Oxford University in the United Kingdom and I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Prior to coming to Saint Leo, I served as Program Director and Associate Professor of International Studies at Alliant International University in San Diego, Professor of Public Policy and Director of the Master’s program in Public Policy at the Technological Institute of Monterrey, in Mexico, and Visiting Assistant Professor at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Research Interest
Teaching & Professional Interests: My teaching and professional interests fall into two distinct categories: global business issues and the internationalization of higher education. Topics include international business, global markets, globalization, and the intersection of politics and business, global higher education policy, and university internationalization.
