Biography
A native of Virginia, Dr. Lee earned her undergraduate degree from Norfolk State University, and was commissioned in the U.S. Navy where she served as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), a ship driver, for more than eight years. She earned an MA in Linguistics from Old Dominion University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Dr. Lee previously worked as an Associate Dean for Bryant & Stratton College and for Regent University. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Management for Saint Leo University’s Donald R. Tapia School of Business, Chesapeake, VA Center. Dr. Lee is also an ordained minister and serves as Associate Minister of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Chase City, Virginia, where her husband is pastor.
Research Interest
Teaching & Professional Interests: Dr. Lee teaches in the MBA and DBA programs. She is also the Academic Advisor for the first two DBA cohorts. Her research interests include women in leadership, the integration of faith in business, and online learning and advising. She is a member of the University’s Faculty Development Committee, and she also serves with the Virginia Region Advisory Council for the Tapia School of Business.
