Biography
Born of one of Florida’s original founding families as declared by President Ronald Reagan in 1984, Dr. Baker is an honorably decorated, disabled veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He served in the United States Air Force for research and development implementation of weapons control systems from October 1990 until February 1998. Upon completion of his Doctorate of Business and discharge from military service, Dr. Baker engaged as a small business consultant while also employed as a Managing Tax Advisor for one of the largest accounting and tax firms in the central Florida region. His goal of completing law school culminated with employment as legal counsel for international business re-organization, moving on to appointment as legal clerk for the Federal District Court in West Palm Beach before opening his own private legal practice in rural north Florida. Dr. Baker has been a valued professor with Saint Leo University since hired in the Fall of 2011.

Teaching & Professional Interests: Multi-forum Synchronous Presentation for Enhanced Student Accessibility: The utility of educational resources are leveraged to enhance educational services offered to a wider audience base for greater organizational productivity without enhanced resource allocation. Effective Global Leadership Through Concentration on Global Wealth Accounting Measures of Organizational Effectiveness: Global leaders are differentiated by the concern for the Human, Social, Natural, Built, and Financial Capitals of the organization as well as the community. Traditional leadership concerns of emotional and cultural intelligence, ethics, and transformational inspiration remain important, however, the measure of successful Global Leadership encompasses long-term perspectives beyond mere immediate organizational profitability.
