Biography

Mr. Emmanuel Babeau serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Schneider Electric SE. Mr. Babeau served as Deputy Chief Executive of Finance and Legal Affairs at Schneider Electric SE. Mr. Babeau served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Schneider Electric S.A. since July 1, 2009 and served as its Member of the Management Board from May 3, 2009 to April 25, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Schneider Electric SA. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in late 1990. He served as Group Deputy Managing Director of Finance at Pernod Ricard SA from September 1, 2006 to July 1, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Pernod Ricard SA since June 1, 2003 and served as its Vice President of Finance and Business Development. He served as Financial Director of Pracsa ( Pernod Ricard Espana) since 1997. He joined Pernod Ricard in September 1993 as an Internal Auditor. Mr. Babeau served as Finance and Administrative Director of LARIOS from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, he joined PERNOD RICARD as Director for Development, responsible for the integration of Seagram. He joined Pernod Ricard Holding in 1993 as Internal Auditor and then took the responsibility for the Financial Services. Mr. Babeau serves as Chairman of Schneider Electric Services International SPRL. He serves as a Director of Telvent Git S.A. He has been an Independent Director of Sodexo S.A. since January 26, 2016. He served as Director of Pernod Ricard SA. Mr. Babeau is a graduate from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and DESCF Business School.
