Biography
Charlie began his adult life as a draftsman, surveyor and inspector with a municipal engineering firm. This invaluable experience provided the foundation for a 33 year career as an infrastructure contractor. He reckons he has worked on over one thousand local projects, including the Charleston International Airport, The North Charleston Coliseum, The Ravenel Bridge and Nuclear Propulsion Training Center. He has enjoyed his return to the engineering field. He presently serves on the Board of Trustees at his church and is adjusting to life with adult children.
