Biography
Joe graduated with an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and a Master’s degree from Norwich University. He started his career in the northeast coast of Florida working for England, Thims, and Miller and Connelly & Wicker. With a growing family, the decision was made to change climates and hit the upstate of South Carolina where he joined the staff of SW+ in 2006. Joe is a licensed professional engineer in three states professional. Off the clock he is chasing his three young ones, being a chauffeur, cheering them on in a game, or following his Tigers.
