Steve Blackwell

Biography

Steve has been a key member of the SW+ staff since the firm’s early days. Detail-oriented and focused on successful outcomes, Steve has accumulated over 30 years of civil engineering and surveying experience. His professional background encompasses fieldwork, design, project management, contract negotiations and staff oversight. Steve has held the position of Director of Engineering Services with SW+ for more than a decade. In this role, his primary responsibilities are personnel and project team management, office standards development and quality control, specification writing and development, bid and contract document development and management, and legal and title research. In his spare time, Steve enjoys playing the guitar and camping.
