Biography

A native of Sumter, SC, graduate of Clemson University, and grad student at the University of Georgia, Warren has over 39 years experience as a landscape architect and serves as SW+’s Business Development Director. Between pre-proposal meetings and visiting potential development sites, Warren travels the state introducing SW+ to new clients and design team partners as well as dropping in on long standing associates. To those interested in the hows and whys of business development, Warren explains, “It’s all about relationships. When you work with a group of professionals who have a history of successful projects, like SW+ has, creating new opportunities is just a matter of getting the right information in front of the right people.” Family, friends, and travel are favorites in Warren’s leisure time line up with spending time with his grandsons taking top honors.
